Food for Soul’s fiscal operations are managed and registered under two nonprofit charitable entities in Italy and the United States of America to better facilitate global partnerships and support of Refettorio projects around the world.
The governance of each is connected by membership, founding Principles and Board Representatives.
Each fiscal entity maintains independent accounting, legal authority for compliance and follows strict international standards of ethics.
