Develop tools to evaluate the transformative impact of our Refettorio network—both within local communities and in inspiring.

Each Refettorio project is co-created through collaboration and sustained by the operational management of Food for Soul’s Refettorio Partner Network, made up of local nonprofits, foundations, and NGOs.
