Spiced Bread Bites

  • 200 g stale bread or focaccia
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Dried oregano, paprika, or your favorite spices
  • Salt, to taste

Cut the stale bread or focaccia into evenly sized cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and toss with the olive oil, a pinch of salt, and your preferred spices until evenly coated.

Spread the cubes in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crisp. Let them cool completely before serving.
